About the tournament
PGL Wallachia: Season #1 is the first tournament in the series announced by PGL, where participants will compete for a prize pool of 1,000,000 USD.
Participants:
- Sixteen teams;
- Ten invited teams;
- Six teams from the closed qualifiers.
Group stage - 10.05.2024 - 15.05.2024:
- Swiss tournament system;
- All matches are Bo3;
- The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs.
- The remaining teams are eliminated.
Playoffs - 16.05.2024 - 19.05.2024:
- Double-elimination bracket;
- All matches except the Grand Final are Bo3;
- Grand Final - Bo5.
