Bio
Michal Nisha Jankowski is a Polish Dota 2 player. He earned the title of Best Esports Player in 2020 at the Esports Awards and became the first player from Poland to participate in The International. Signature heroes are considered to be: Ember Spirit, Morphling, Storm Spirit.
Nisha began his career playing on the fifth position alongside his brother Supream in the team Lets Do It. Later, they joined the German organization ALTERNATE aTTaX, but they failed to qualify for The International 2015. In 2015, the team placed fourth in The Defense Season 5. For the next two years, Nisha was a part of other teams, winning ProDotA Cup Europe #4, #7, #18, and #20.
Since 2018, Nisha has been a part of Team Secret, playing in the mid lane. He has won several tournaments with the team, including ESL One Hamburg 2018, The Chongqing Major, ESL One Katowice 2019, MDL Disneyland Paris Major, and DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major. Team Secret has dominated many tournaments, winning seven in a row. Although the team experienced a setback at the end of 2020 because of fatigue, according to their own words, Nisha has continued to show excellent results in the new DPC season, successfully qualifying for ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021. At the tournament itself, the squad took 4th place, losing to the tournament champions, Invictus Gaming. In the same 2021, Team Secret successfully played The International 2021, where they took 3rd place.
The year 2022 was quite a successful year for Nisha and his team. Team Secret took 3-4th place at Riyadh Masters 2022, 3rd place at ESL One Malaysia 2022, and also took 2nd place at The International 2022. Michal showed good results and at the end of the season he was invited by Team Liquid.
Together with Michal, Team Liquid achieved great results. During the year the team became silver champions of such tournaments as Lima Major 2023, ESL One Berlin Major 2023, Bali Major 2023 and Riyadh Masters 2023, as well as the club took 5th-6th place at The International 2023.
In 2024, Liquid started with 2nd place at the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024. The team also participated in the Elite League 2024, where they placed 4th. At PGL Wallachia, the lineup placed 6th, losing to G2.IG in the lower bracket of the playoffs. In May, Nisha and Liquid placed 9th at DreamLeague Season 23, and in the summer, 2nd at Riyadh Masters 2024 and 1st at Elite League Season 2.
In September, Nisha finally became the champion of The International 2024, defeating Gaimin Gladiators in the grand final of the tournament. The following month, the team competed at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, but only finished in 8th place. At DreamLeague Season 24, Liquid finished in 6th place.
The team was later able to qualify for ESL One Bangkok 2024 and won at the 1win Series Dota 2 Fall. After that, Liquid competed at BLAST SLAM I, finishing in the top 6. In December, the team participated in a tournament in Bangkok, where they placed 2nd.
In February 2025, Team Liquid placed 7th at the FISSURE PLAYGROUND, BLAST SLAM II and DreamLeague Season 25. In March, the team became champions of PGL Wallachia: Season 3. In March, the team participated in FISSURE Universe Ep.4 and performed poorly, finishing in 7-8th place. ESL One Raleigh 2025 Nisha missed out due to visa issues. In the same month, Liquid became the PGL Wallachia Season 4 champion.
In May, the team participated in BLAST SLAM III, where they lost in the first round of the playoffs and were eliminated, finishing 9th–10th. At DreamLeague Season 26, the team finished in 8th place.
On June 29, 2025, Team Liquid couldn’t defeat BetBoom Team with a stand-in, and thus the team leaves PGL Wallachia Season 5 in 3rd place. Very soon, the team became the champion of FISSURE Universe: Episode 5.
In July 2025, Team Liquid participated in the Riyadh Masters 2025. They were eliminated in the quarterfinals after losing to Team Falcons. Liquid finished in 5th place and earned $125,000 in prize money. At The International 2025, Liquid failed to defend their title as reigning world champions. The team didn't even make it to the playoffs.
At the end of October, Liquid participated in FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2, where they finished in 4th place after losing in the semifinal of the Playoff stage. At BLAST SLAM IV, the team finished in 8th place, and at PGL Wallachia Season 6, they made it into the top 3. At DreamLeague Season 27, Liquid finished their performance in the group stage with a score of 3-3.
At the beginning of February 2026, the team competed at BLAST SLAM VI, where they became champions by defeating Natus Vincere in the grand final. At the following DreamLeague Season 28, Liquid took 3rd place, and at PGL Wallachia Season 7 they reached the finals but lost to Team Yandex.
The next event for the team was the online tournament PREMIER SERIES, which was treated as practice, where they finished 5th–6th. At the following LAN event, PGL Wallachia Season 8, Liquid reached the lower bracket semifinal, where they lost to Team Falcons and finished in 4th place.
