GAMERS GALAXY: Invitational Series Dubai 2022

Participants

• Ten invited teams.

Group Stage: - 02.03.2022 - 03.03.2022:

• Two round robin groups of five;
• All matches are Bo1;
• Top two teams of each group advance to the upper bracket of playoffs;
• 3rd and 4th place teams of each group advance to play-in;
• Bottom team of each group is eliminated;

Tiebreaker rules:

• If there is a tie in the dividing line, a Bo1 tiebreaker match will be played
• For more than two-way ties, if the tie is not broken after two rounds of tiebreakers, time rating will be used to resolve the tie. The result of both rounds of tiebreakers will be used in time rating.
• For five-way ties, time rating will be used to resolve the tie.
• For all other ties: Head-to-head result

Play-In: - 03.03.2022:

• Single-elimination;
• Winner of each match advances to the lower bracket of playoffs;
• Loser of each match is eliminated;
• All matches are Bo3.

Playoffs: - 04.03.2022 - 06.03.2022:

• Double-elimination;
• Grand final is Bo5;
• All other matches are Bo3.
