Bio
Kim DuBu Du-yang is a South Korean Dota 2 player known as a captain and fifth position Support.
DuBu began his professional career at MVP Phoenix in 2014 and temporarily played for MVP.HOT6. In December 2015, he returned to MVP Phoenix where he took on the roles of Captain and Support, leading the team to a fourth place finish at The Shanghai Major 2016 and a win at Dota Pit League Season 4. After a 5th-6th place finish at The International 2016, DuBu left MVP Phoenix.
Since early 2017, he joined Team Onyx, which later became Digital Chaos. After The International 2017 and placing 9-12, DuBu left the team and joined Team Phoenix along with former members of MVP Phoenix, which soon became Immortals. Despite successful qualifications, the team underperformed and after failing at The International 2018 DuBu changed teams.
In 2019 and 2020, DuBu played on different teams, noting a second place finish at BTS Pro Series Season 3: Americas with CR4ZY. In 2021, he joined Undying, which then became Team Undying and won BTS Pro Series Season 6 and 7: Americas. In 2022, Team Und ying became part of Team SoloMid, where DuBu reached second place at ESL One Stockholm 2022, as well as 7th at Riyadh Masters 2022.
In 2023, Kim joined Bleed Esports, with whom he became the champion of the M. Invitational 2023, and also finished 13th-14th at Bali Major 2023.
In January 2024, DuBu became the coach of Blacklist International.
