About the tournament

BetBoom DACHA Online - tournament from the organizer BetBoom held in two stages. The first stage is Online, with 8 teams competing for a LAN slot. The second stage will be held in LAN format in Yerevan, Armenia. There will be 7 invited teams and the winner of the Online stage of the tournament.
The top four teams will share the prize pool, which is $250,000.

Participants:

  • Eight invited teams

Online Stage – 07.08.2023 - 13.08.2023:

Play-In:

  • Two double-elimination (GSL) groups of four teams each;
  • All matches are Bo3;
  • Two teams from each group will advance.

Decider

  • Double-elimination bracket;
  • Grand Final is Bo5, all other matches are Bo3;
  • Winner advance to LAN Stage.

LAN-phase - 10.09.2023 - 16.09.2023:

Group Stage:

  • 2 groups of four teams each under the Round-Robin system
  • All matches are Bo2;
  • The top 2 teams from each group advance to the Upper Bracket playoffs;
  • The third place teams from each group go to the Lower Bracket playoffs;
  • The last placed team in each group is eliminated.

Tiebreaker rules:

  • If the tie is over a position of significance;
    • Two teams - a Bo3 will be played;
    • Three teams or more - a Bo1 round-robin will be played;
    • If the tiebreaker does not resolve following the first round of the round robin:
      • Three teams - the tiebreaker will be replayed;
      • Four teams or more - the matrix listed below will be used to resolve the tie, adding the information from the tiebreaker matches to those gathered during the group stage.
  • For ties that are not over positions of significance (in order of importance):
    1. Neustadtl score;
    2. Head-to-head record between the tied participants taking only game score into account;
    3. Record vs the first team below the tied teams, continuing to each subsequent team below the tied teams til the tie is resolved;
    4. 1v1 tiebreakers.
  • If there is with no schedule allowance and involves explicit elimination, then 1v1 tiebreakers will be played.

Playoffs:

  • Double-Elimination bracket;
  • Grand Final - Bo5, all other matches - Bo3.
