ESL One Berlin Major 2023: the group stage draw has been made

The organizers of ESL One Berlin Major 2023 held the draw for the group stage of the tournament. According to the results of the traditional procedure, 18 teams were divided into two groups:

• group A: BetBoom Team, Evil Geniuses, ex-Hellraisers, Execration, Gaimin Gladiators, PSG.LGD, Team Aster, Team Liquid, TSM;
• group B: beastcoast, Invictus Gaming, OG, Shopify Rebellion, Talon Esports, Team SMG, Team Spirit, Tundra Esports, Xtreme Gaming.

The matches of the group stage, starting on April 26, will be held in the best-of-2 format. The top four teams from each group will advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, and the fifth and sixth places will advance to the lower bracket. A total of $500,000 and 2,700 DPC points will be up for grabs during The Berlin Major 2023.

As reported by CyberScore, before that we are waiting for an equally interesting event – DreamLeague Season 19. This tournament will be the first in the ESL Pro Tour series, and its prize fund will be as much as 1 million dollars.
