Team Aster is a young Chinese team founded by the legendary Dota 2 player BurNing and XiaoFei. Chinese fans nicknamed their favorite team "Tea Master", which means a lot to Chinese culture.

The first roster was announced in September 2018, after The International 2018. At that time, the team members were: Dstones, Sylar, Fenrir, BoBoKa, and Xxs. The first results were not long in coming - the team managed to qualify for ESL One Hambrug 2018 and The Kuala Lumpur Major. Later, Team Aster took 5-6 and 13-15 places, which allowed them to earn $22 000.

Next, Dstones leaves the band and moves to room310. Loveyouloveme from the ForTheDream team took his place. With this lineup, the team managed to take 13-16th place at The Chongqing Major and 7-8th place at ESL One Katowice 2019. Afterwards, Sylar and Fenrir went into inactivity, and their places were taken by J, CHYuan, and HMX. For a short time, Mikasa took over the position of coach, replaced by QQQ, and in September 2019, Fade and Scccc joined the team, which completed the formation of the team.

With this lineup, the team managed to take 9-12th place at MDL Chengdu Major and DreamLeague Season 13: The Leipzig Major. This was followed by a victory at the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3. In the same year, the team was distinguished by the following achievements: 4th place at the DPC-CDA Professional League Season 1 and China Dota2 Professional League Season 2, 3rd place at the DPC-CDA Professional League Season 2, which brought more than $120 000 in prize money.
