History

Gaimin Gladiators is a cybersports organization from Canada. The first Dota 2 roster consisted of players from the Team Tickles mix.

The team consisted of Dyrachyo, Boom, Ace, tOfu, and Seleri. The first tournament for the team was DreamLeague Seasosn 16 WEU, where the team took the first place, beating Team Liquid in the final with a score of 3:1 Next came Dota 2 Champions League 2022 Season 7, in which they managed to take the 3rd place, losing to the winner of the tournament HellRaisers.

The next performance was the spring round of the 2021/2022 DPC League Western Europe season, where GG took 2nd place, which allowed them to get a ticket to ESL One Stockholm Major 2022.

At the end of 2022, the team underwent a reshuffle: BOOM. lineup mider left, and Quinn took his place. They also changed the coach ImmortalFaith to Cy-.

Gaimin Gladiators had a resoundingly successful season with their new roster, taking first place at Lima Major 2023, Berlin Major 2023 and Bali Major 2023. At all three tournaments, GG faced Team Liquid in the finals. For their success at the majors, the team received an invitation to The International 2023.

Gaimin Gladiators started their journey to TI 12 with a lower playoff bracket. Gradually advancing through the tournament grid, GG reached the final of the lower bracket, where they faced LGD Gaming and defeated the Chinese team 2-0. In the grand finals, the team faced Team Spirit, but lost to the TI 10 champions with a score of 3:0, taking 2nd place in the tournament. The year 2023 for the team ended with participation in ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, where GG got there by direct invitational. At the end of the tournament, the team took 2nd place, losing to Azure Ray in the grand finals of the tournament with a score of 3:2.

In early 2024, Gaimin Gladiators received an invite to the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 tournament.
