History

9Pandas is a esports organization based in Serbia. 9Pandas entered the Dota 2 competition arena in April 2023; apart from this discipline, the company also has a CS:GO team. The organization, among other things, is a large and well-known advertising agency with a huge number of projects in the field of esports.

On April 17, the entire former HellRaisers roster (captain Solo, RAMZES666, kiyotaka, MieRo, Antares, and a staff represented by coach Nofear, as well as staff members Jamba and Inverno) moved under the banner of 9 pandas to continue their very successful career, and especially to participate in ESL One Berlin Major 2023. This change of tag came about due to HellRaisers' unpreparedness for active cybersport activities. The only "new" member of the collective 9Pandas was the team's CEO - Krookie

Creating their own team from scratch in the middle of the season would have been a difficult venture, so the offer of 9Pandas for the ex-HellRaisers team was a real salvation and hope for a favorable and fruitful cooperation. Joining the organization was very positively perceived by both the members and the staff, for example, the strategic director of Inverno expressed the following: "Pandas are in charge of content and marketing, and we are in charge of esports. And it's a perfect match."

In 2023, the team took 9-12th place at The International 2023 (TI12), after which hardliner Matvey Miero Vasyunin left the team, and according to rumors, the team was expecting much more significant changes. By the ESL One Kuala Lumpur tournament, the team has already approached the tournament with two replacements (albeit in the role of standins). Andrey Afoninje Afonin took the place of Alexey Solo Berezin as the 5th position support, and Alik V-Tune Vorobey took the position of carry.

  • January 8, 2024 - 9Pandas unveiled the roster for the Open Qualifier to DreamLeague Season 22. Antares and Solo remained from the original roster, newcomers were Alberkaaa on offlane and DarkLord^ on carry. Ainkrad was in the mid, on loan from One Move.

The new 9Pandas roster was able to pass the first Open Qualifier for DreamLeague Season 22, but the team finished 5th-6th in the Closed Qualifier
