All participants of the Lima Major 2023 have been determined
EHOME took fourth place in the Dota Pro Circuit 2023 Tour 1 for China and became the last team to earn a ticket to The Lima Major 2023, which will be held from February 22 to March 5 in the capital of Peru. A total of 18 teams will go to the tournament: 4 each from Western Europe and China, 3 each from Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia, and 2 each from South and North America.
At the start of the tournament, participants will be evenly divided into two groups, matches in which will be held in the best-of-2 format. The top four teams from each one will advance to the upper bracket, the fifth and sixth places will continue to fight for the title in the lower part of the playoffs, and the rest will be eliminated.
The total prize pool of Lima Major 2023 will be $500,000 and 1,600 DPC points. The winner of the first Major of the season will earn $200,000 and 400 DPC points.
