The group stage of ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 has come to an end, with four teams from each group advancing to the playoff stage of the championship.

Group A results

Azure Ray - Top seed;
Gaimin Gladiators - top seed;
Team Secret - lower seed;
Betboom Team - lower seed;
Blacklist International - out of the tournament;
Wawitas Sagazes - out of the tournament.

From the most interesting in this grid was a fierce struggle for 2nd place and getting into the upper playoff grid as a result of its denouement ended in a 1x1 replay between the miders of Gaimin Gladiators (Quinn) and Team Secret (MidOne) where Quinn won quite easily.

Group B results

G2.Invictus Gaming - top seed;
Falcons - top seed;
Tundra Esports - lower seed;
Team Liquid - lower seed;
LGD Gaming - out of the tournament;
9Pandas - out of the tournament.

In Group B all the favorites of the grid were quickly determined, they were the new roster of G2.IG and Team Falcons and the new lineup of Tundra. And if G2.IG defeated their opponents quite quickly, then in the decisive map Tundra still lost to Falcons and went to the lower grid.
