PARIVISION win PREMIER SERIES without losing a single map: results, format and full tournament details

9 min.

The final day of PREMIER SERIES has concluded, and we can now sum up the results of the tournament.

Nigma Galaxy impressed the community with their performance: in the lower bracket final, they defeated MOUZ with a 2:0 score and advanced to the grand final, where they were set for a rematch against PARIVISION, this time for the championship title.

Fans did not expect to see the team in the grand final. On their way, they defeated several favorites, including Team Spirit and Team Liquid. However, their opponent proved too strong, and the grand final ended with a confident 3:0 victory for PARIVISION. The teams had already met earlier in the bracket, with the eventual champions sending Nigma down to the lower bracket.

It is worth noting that Volodymyr No[o]ne Minenko’s team received a direct invitation to the playoff stage and did not lose a single map throughout the tournament, securing a dominant championship run.

Their next event will be PGL Wallachia Season 8, which is set to begin on April 16.

On the first day, all four upper bracket series of the playoff stage were played.

The biggest surprises were Nigma Galaxy defeating Team Spirit and L1GA Team beating Team Liquid. Both teams were considered underdogs in these matchups.

Day 2

The second day of the PREMIER SERIES online tournament playoffs has come to an end and we are summing up its results.

The biggest surprise of the day was GamerLegion's victory over Team Spirit with a 2:1 score. It is worth noting that both teams recently made roster changes: GamerLegion are playing with a new carry, while the “dragons” temporarily replaced their offlaner and, apparently, have not yet adapted.

In the second lower bracket match, Team Liquid confidently defeated Heroic with a 2:0 score, eliminating them from the tournament.

In the upper bracket, PARIVISION easily beat Nigma Galaxy, while MOUZ proved stronger than L1GA Team.

It is also worth noting that the most successful heroes of the tournament so far are Kez and Leshrac: the former has been picked 8 times, the latter 7. They have lost only one game between them.

Rubick remains the most contested hero, having received significant buffs in patch 7.41.

Day 3

The biggest surprise of the day was Team Liquid’s 1:2 loss to Nigma Galaxy. One of the key factors in the match outcome was the draft. Nigma discovered the potential of Io, who was buffed in the latest patch, and successfully executed it twice.

After defeating Liquid, the team advanced to face GamerLegion in the lower bracket semifinal, who had previously beaten L1GA Team. The series ended with a 2:1 victory for Nigma Galaxy.

Despite banning Io and Bristleback in every game, the team managed to withstand the pressure and pull off an incredible comeback in the third map, recovering a 40,000 gold deficit, with the game lasting exactly 67 minutes.

In the upper bracket final, PARIVISION defeated MOUZ with a 2:0 score and become the first grand finalist of the tournament. Throughout the entire playoff stage, Vladimir No[o]ne Minenko’s squad has not lost a single map.

At the end of the day, Team Liquid, L1GA Team and GamerLegion were eliminated from the tournament.

The final matches will take place tomorrow and will determine the champion.
