1win is a Russian eSports organization founded in 2020.

Although the organization was founded in 2020, the first Dota 2 roster was introduced in February 2024. It included players from the Klim Sani4 pack : Nikita Munkushi~ Che purnykh, Ilya CHIRA_JUNIOR Chirtsov, Alexander Cloud Zakharov, Georgy swedenstrong Zainalabidov and Egor RESPECT Prokurat.

The debut tournament for 1win was DreamLeague Season 22, where Klim Sani4 got to by the results of closed regional qualification, where the team took the 3rd place. The team also managed to qualify for ESL One BIrmingham 2024, where the squad was selected after defeating Virtus.pro in the final of the closed qualification, but the team did not make it to the tournament due to visa problems. Also 1win participated in the qualifications for Elite League 2024, DreamLeague Season 23 and PGL Wallachia Season 1, but their attempts to qualify for the big event were unsuccessful. The team also finished 7th at the 1win Series Spring, 4th at the Dota2 World Invitational and 1st at the European Pro League Season 18.

In the summer, the team achieved success in qualifying for The International 2024 and got to the main part of the tournament. In addition, 1win participated in the qualifiers for Elite League Season 2 and Riyadh Masters 2024, but failed to qualify there. At TI13 the team finished 11th and took $50,000 from the prize pool.

The team started the new season by failing at the qualifiers for three major tournaments, such as ESL One Bangkok 2024. Later, 1win Team representatives organized their own 1win Series Dota 2 Fall championship, where the team finished in 5th place.

• November 18, 2024 - CHIRA_JUNIOR left the main roster of 1win Team.
• November 21, 2024 - xn丶e joined the team as a stand-in.

In December, dualrazee joined the team as a stand-in. He replaced CHIRA_JUNIOR, who had previously been loaned to Team Secret. With the new player, 1win competed in the 1win Series Dota 2 Punch.

On December 28, Dmitry Fishman Polischuk joined 1win Team, and Egor RESPECT Prokurat left the main roster.

On May 2, 2025, Valeriy SSS Lazarev joined 1win Team. The player successfully completed his trial period and signed a full contract.

On May 29, Ilya Chira JUNIOR Khirtsov left the organization, and Ilyas kasane Gainullin joined the team, taking the support position. Ilya Squad1x Kuvaldin replaced Chira JUNIOR on midlane. In July, Fishman officially left 1win Team.

On August 15, coach Timur Ahilles Kulmukhametov left the team.

In October, 1win participated in FISSURE Universe: Episode 7, where they lost in the lower bracket quarterfinals of the playoffs and left the tournament. In December, Vladislav Rein Kosygin replaced kasane in the team.

On February 3, it became known that Nikita Munkushi Chepurnykh left the team, while Valeriy SSS Lazarev moved to PARIVISION. They were replaced by Ilya ssnovv1 Kondrashov and Ivan mister moral Ilyichev, who officially became part of the roster.

In March, 1Win Team placed 5-6 at DreamLeague Season 3 Division 2, and later finished 2 at CCT Season 2 Series 8, losing to paiN Gaming 0:3.

Two months later, the team received an invitation to DreamLeague Division 2 Season 4, where they came close to qualifying for the main tournament. Shortly after that, the roster competed at the “home” online tournament 1W ESSENCE I, finishing in 2nd place.

Notably, in the first round of the playoffs, 1win Team defeated one of the tournament favorites Tundra Esports.
