1WIN Team is a Russian esports organization founded in 2020. The club's first Dota 2 roster was unveiled in February 2024, when the organization signed the Klim Sani4 stack consisting of Nikita Munkushi~ Chepurnykh, Ilya CHIRA_JUNIOR Chirtsov, Aleksandr Cloud Zakharov, George swedenstrong Zainalabidov and Egor RESPECT Prokurat.

2024

The team's first major achievement came with a successful run through the closed qualifiers for ESL One Birmingham 2024, where they defeated Virtus.pro in the grand final. However, their debut at a major LAN tournament never happened due to visa issues. Later that summer, the team accomplished its main goal of the season by qualifying for The International 2024, eventually finishing in 11th place.

The remainder of the year turned into a series of disappointments. The team failed to qualify for three major tournaments, including ESL One Bangkok 2024, and finished only fifth at 1WIN Series Dota 2 Fall. Following the poor results, CHIRA_JUNIOR and RESPECT left the roster, while Dmitry Fishman Polishchuk joined as the new position five player and captain.

2025

Throughout 2025, the organization searched for the optimal lineup, making several roster changes due to a lack of strong results at tier-one events. In the spring, Valerii SSS Lazarev joined the team. Shortly afterward, mid laner Ilya squad1x Kuvaldin and support player Ilyas kasane Gainullin were also added.

The changes failed to stabilize the team's performances. In July, Fishman officially left the roster, while head coach Timur Ahilles Kulmukhambetov departed in August. After another early elimination at FISSURE Universe: Episode 7 in October, the roster underwent further changes, with Vladislav Rein Kosygin replacing kasane in December.

2026

At the beginning of 2026, the roster was rebuilt once again. In February, Munkushi~ left the team, while SSS joined PARIVISION. They were replaced by Ilya ssnovv1 Kondrashov and Ivan mister moral Ilyichev.

The revamped lineup focused on the tier-two scene and quickly found success, finishing as runners-up at both CCT Season 2 Series 8 and the online tournament 1W ESSENCE I.

At the end of May, the organization transferred the entire roster to its academy team, Enjoy Boys. Shortly afterward, it was announced that 1WIN had acquired the entire Tundra Esports roster, including head coach David MoonMeander Tan, who had been with the team since late 2023.

The new 1WIN Team lineup consisted of Ivan Pure Moskalenko, Bozhidar bzm Bogdanov, Neta 33 Shapira, Matthew Ari Walker, and Matthew Whitemon Filemon.

Thanks to the team's achievements throughout the season, the roster received direct invitations to the Esports World Cup 2026 and The International 2026, automatically securing 1WIN a place at the biggest tournaments of the year. However, since TI15 was held in China, where gambling advertising is prohibited, the team competed under the name Iron Wing.
