VP.Prodigy is the youth team of Virtus.pro, founded in 2020 to develop young players. Since its inception, the team has served as a launching pad for many future stars of the CIS scene, some of whom later moved up to the organization’s main roster.

2020

In April 2020, VP unveiled its second roster. It included Yegor Nightfall Grigorenko, Dmitry DM Dorokhin, Rostislav fn Lozovoy, Albert eine Garaev, and Vitaly Save- Melnik.

Later, Danil gpk Skutin and Ilias illias Ganeev joined the team, replacing eine and fn.

Despite the players’ young age, VP.Prodigy regularly placed in the top spots at online tournaments. The team’s best result was a victory at Epic Prime League Season 1, where they defeated Virtus.pro in the grand final.

In November, the organization promoted all players to the club’s main roster, marking the end of the first phase of the academy project.

2021–2022

In January 2021, VP.Prodigy signed the roster of Team Generation, which included Evgeny Noticed Ignatenko, Denis Larl Sigitov, Ilyas celebrity Gainullin, Maxim forcemajor Meretsky, and Vladislav dSa Shuvaev.

The roster did not last long, and after several online tournaments, most of the players moved to other clubs, and the project was once again put on hold.

2025–2026

After a three-year hiatus, the organization revived the VP.Prodigy roster, once again focusing on young players from the CIS region.

The new roster included Yegor egx Miller, Andrey serenada Kushnarev, Andrey takizawa Bondar, Yegor armageddon Mastakov, and Dmitry Janter Nikulin. The roster changed several times during the season: Serenada briefly moved to the organization’s third project, VP.CIS, and in 2026, Stanislav cutie Korostelev joined the team.

The team regularly competed in Tier 3 tournaments and open qualifiers for major championships, continuing to serve as the youth squad for Virtus.pro and a platform for developing promising CIS players.
