Xiao8 returns with new tidebound roster

Chinese esports organization Tidebound has announced its return to the professional scene with an updated roster coached by Zhang xiao8 Ning. The coach worked with Xtreme Gaming until he left in the summer of 2026.

Cheng NothingToSay Jin Xiang, who previously played under xiao8 at Xtreme, and Zhou Yang Haiyang, a former Yakult Brothers player, have joined the team. They will take the second and third positions, respectively. Guo shiro Xuanang will play as the carry, while Lin planet Hao and Zhang y` Yiping will take the support roles.

After the previous roster was put on hold, shiro and y` joined Vici Gaming, where they spent the first half of 2026 and competed at The International 2026.

Tidebound was founded in early 2025. The team's biggest achievement was winning Clavision Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi. The team also competed at The International 2025, finishing in 7th–8th place.

The team's last tournament before its break was DreamLeague Season 27 in late 2025. In December, the organization suspended its Dota 2 roster's activities. It is not yet known which tournament the updated lineup will play its first official match at.

Earlier, CyberScore reported that Indji Shad Lub's team was denied entry to the qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 30.
