He started building his career in 2018 with MAX.Y. With this team, the player tried to qualify for The Kuala Lumpur Major, ESL One Hamburg 2018, The Chongqing Major and MDL Macau 2019, but was defeated everywhere. However, it was not so bad: planet finished fourth place at Gladiator Cup China Season 2, but the representatives were not satisfied with it and Lin joined Team Max. In March 2020, he joined EHOME, with which he played at BEYOND EPIC, finishing in seventh place. And later, the player decided to join Phoenix Gaming, where he qualified for the China Dota2 Pro Cup Season 1 and placed fourth in the main stage of the tournament.
