Debut of the updated Team Liquid, Team Spirit, and BetBoom Team rosters: BLAST Slam VIII participants have been announced

The organizers of BLAST Slam VIII have announced the list of teams invited to the championship. The tournament will feature BetBoom Team, PARIVISION, Aurora Gaming, Team Yandex, Team Spirit, LGD Gaming, OG, 1WIN Team, Xtreme Gaming, Team Liquid, GamerLegion, MOUZ, and four other teams that advanced through the regional qualifiers.

For some teams, this tournament will mark their debut in the new season, including Team Liquid, whose roster was left by Marcus Ace Hoelgaard, as well as BetBoom Team, which will compete in the championship with Vitaly Save- Melnik in the mid lane.

Team Spirit has not yet announced any roster changes, but Magomed Collapse Khalilov expressed a willingness to take a break. Rumor has it that he will once again be replaced by Bogdan batyuk Batyuk. There may also be changes to the PARIVISION roster: Alan Satanic Galyamov said that the team is looking for a replacement for Edgar 9Class Naltakyan.

BLAST Slam VIII will take place from 29.09.2026 to 11.10.2026. The group stage will be played online, while the championship playoffs will be held in Malta. Sixteen teams will compete for a prize pool of $750,000.
