All roster shuffles ahead of PGL Wallachia Season 9: confirmed transfers

Rosters for PGL Wallachia Season 9

PlayTime

The PlayTime organization has unveiled the roster that will compete in PGL Wallachia Season 9. Compared to the roster the team used in the qualifiers for BLAST Slam IX, the team has made one change.

João 4nalog Giannini has replaced Daniel Stormstormer Shoetz in the second position. The remaining four players have retained their spots on the roster.

Xtreme Gaming

Xtreme Gaming unveiled its updated roster for the upcoming season, retaining only Wan Ame Chunju from the previous roster. Go Xm Hongcheng and Zhao XinQ Zixing have returned to the club. Nicholas zeal Lim has taken over the offlaner position. Another new addition to the roster is Ye BoBoKa Zhibiao, and the head coach is Wang Maps Yutian, who previously served on the team’s coaching staff as an assistant coach.

Team Yandex

Team Yandex has moved Dmitry DM Dorokhin to the bench and signed Ammar ATF al-Assaf to the third position. The club has not announced any other roster changes or substitutions for PGL Wallachia Season 9.

Team Nemesis

Team Nemesis, which disbanded its previous roster back in July, unveiled its new lineup on August 13. The club decided to build the team around Anucha Jabz Jiravong. He was joined by three former players and coach GLYPH, as well as Argle Ken Ken K. Lyesis, who previously played for Execration, Neon Esports, and Ivory Team.

However, at PGL Wallachia Season 9, the team will compete with two temporary substitutes: Jonas SabeRLight- Volek in the offlaner role and Fabian Mo13ei Kner in the midlaner role.

1Win Team

Indji Shad Lub will replace Ivan Pure Moskalenko on the 1WIN Team roster for PGL Wallachia Season 9. The club has not announced any other roster changes.

LGD Gaming

LGD Gaming’s Dota 2 roster manager, Barbara babibornia Borniya, announced on her social media that her contract and the players’ contracts had expired, after which the roster members became free agents.

The club has not yet announced its roster for PGL Wallachia Season 9.

MOUZ

The organization has registered an updated roster to compete in the closed European qualifiers for BLAST Slam VIII. Miroslav BOOM Bican is the only player remaining from the previous roster.

Joining him on the team are carry Mikhail DarkLord Blinov, mid-laner Ondřej Supream^ Štarga, and supports Danial xsvampire Alibaev and Joel MoOz Osambela.

As of now, MOUZ has not officially announced any player departures and has not specified whether the updated lineup will remain intact.

Team Cobra

David Parker Nicho Flores announced the roster that will compete at PGL Wallachia Season 9 under the tag Team Cobra.

GamerLegion

Enzo Timado Gianoli O’Connor replaced Daniel Ghost Chan on the GamerLegion roster ahead of EPL Masters II. The organization has not yet announced its roster for PGL Wallachia Season 9.

Hokori

Hokori manager Richard Moons Kansino has announced the team’s roster for PGL Wallachia Season 9.

Changes on Other Teams

BetBoom Team

Vitaly Save- Melnik will start the new season on BetBoom Team’s midlane, replacing Danila gpk Skutin, who has gone inactive. The fourth spot on the roster will be filled by Georgy swedenstrong Zainalabidov. Alexander TORONTOTOKYO Khertek will serve as the team’s coach, replacing Anatoly boolk Ivanov.

Team Liquid

Marcus Ace Hoelgaard has officially left Team Liquid. The club has not announced a replacement for the offlaner or any other roster changes.

Vici Gaming

Representatives of Vici Gaming announced the complete dissolution of the roster just one hour after the team was eliminated from The International 2026.

REKONIX

On August 19, REKONIX announced the disbandment of its roster, which had previously qualified for the Esports World Cup 2026 but failed to qualify for The International 2026. Representatives of the organization noted that they may not form a roster for the new season.

Virtus.pro

Offlaner Jonas SabeRLight Volek announced on his X account that his time with Virtus.pro had come to an end. The player promised to reveal details later, but shortly thereafter deleted the post without explanation.

Shortly thereafter, the organization announced the complete dissolution of the roster due to unsatisfactory results. VP noted that they are not leaving the discipline and will work on forming a new roster.

The team’s last major tournament was the Esports World Cup 2026, where they finished in 13th–16th place. The team also failed to qualify for The International 2026, losing to Hulligani in the closed qualifiers for Europe.

Yangon Galacticos

Yangon Galacticos replaced their third position player. Arkar Moe Mo mo Myint Htein became the team’s new offlaner. However, ZawRain ZawRain Sai Aung did not leave the team but shifted to the fifth position. Kaung Ksh Sett Htein and Tika Skill Lay Kyaw Swar returned to YG as carry and support, respectively, while Min Young PH Hunt Maung remains the mid laner.

Carstensz

In the Southeast Asia region, Carstensz underwent a major roster overhaul. Salamat salamat1 Sadyr, Munhjin seimei Batsaikhan, Batbayasgalan ace12 Naranhand, and coach Ilyas Steelborco Kaukenov left the team.

The organization thanked the former roster members and wished them good luck.

Previously, Carstensz regularly competed in regional tournaments and, in late June, won the EPL WS: Southeast Asia. S16 championship. Shortly after the victory, some of the players were moved to the bench and no longer competed for the team.

Later, the team attempted to qualify for The International 2026 and Esports World Cup 2026, but failed to advance through the qualifiers for either tournament.

Shortly thereafter, the club unveiled a new, all-Indonesian roster. Among the team’s new additions were Muhammad Azur4 Lutfi and Phang Leone Baby- Timotius Tonissen. The revamped roster will make its debut at the EPL World Series: Southeast Asia Season 17.

Execration

Another Southeast Asian team, Execration, announced that carry player Eljon Akashi Canonigo Andales has left the team. Representatives of the organization shared this news on their official social media channels.

Akashi had been playing for Execration since May 2026. Together with the team, he participated in the Southeast Asia closed qualifier for The International 2026, where the team finished in fourth place and failed to secure a spot in the championship.

The club has not yet disclosed its future plans regarding the roster or the timeline for announcing a new carry player.

Direborn

The esports organization Direborn has announced the signing of Indonesian carry Randy Dreamocel Muhammad Sapoyetra. The player had previously competed for the team but has now officially joined the roster.

For the 28-year-old carry, this is his first permanent team since leaving Carstensz Esports in July 2026. Previously, Dreamocel also represented BOOM Esports, ZeroTwo, SPAWN Team, and other teams.

Team Resilience

The Chinese team Team Resilience announced that Lin planet Hao has left the team, and his spot as the fourth player has been taken by He TK Boi.

planet had played for Resilience since April 2026 and was part of the team’s original roster. With him on the roster, the team finished in second place at ESL Challenger China Season 3 x ACL 2026 and qualified for The International 2026.

At the season’s main championship, the team finished in 9th–13th place. In the decisive match for a spot in the playoffs, the team lost 1–2 to the eventual champion, Team Spirit.

It should be noted that TK previously played for Yakult Brothers.Tearlaments, Team Bright, and Aster.Aries. As part of YB, he competed in several tournaments in 2026 but was unable to achieve significant results with the team.

The first tournament for the revamped roster will be the closed Chinese qualifier for BLAST Slam VIII. In the qualifiers, eight teams will compete for a single slot in the main stage of the championship.

Xipto Esports

The esports organization Xipto Esports has signed its first Dota 2 roster, which includes well-known players from Southeast Asia. The announcement notes that the team is still searching for a coach.

It should be noted that for the qualifiers for BLAST SLAM IX, the team registered Daryl iceiceice Koh Pei Xian as their third position player.

Ilbirs eSport

The esports organization Ilbirs eSports announced the dissolution of its roster and the suspension of its activities, as the team failed to achieve the desired results. Club representatives noted that they may not return to the discipline.

OG

On September 9, Timothy Tims Randrap, Mark Raven Fausto, and Erin Yopaj Jasper Ferrer left the OG roster. According to rumors, Topias Topson Taavitsainen, Valery SSS Lazarev, and Ivan OneJey Zhivitsky may join the team.
