Hokori is a Peruvian esports organization founded in 2020. The team originally competed under the name SandBlood, but was renamed Hokori that same fall.

The team’s first roster was formed in March 2020. It included Carlos André CarJua Santivañes Gutiérrez, Jean-Pierre JP Gerardo Torres Hilakkama, Pablo César Vitaly Angulo Román, Mario emochu Muñoz, and Anthony Gardick López.

2020–2021

The team’s early years were marked by constant roster changes. The team competed in local championships and gradually gained experience.

Throughout 2021, the organization gradually assembled a more stable roster. At various times, the team featured Edward Lumiere Guillen Valencia, Yuma Yuma Langlet, Elstin elmisho Verde Urtado, and other players from the South American scene.

Despite a lack of major achievements, Hokori regularly competed in regional DPC leagues.

2022

The organization’s greatest success to date came in 2022.

At the start of the season, Thiago de Oliveira Thiolicor Cordeiro and João 4nalog Gabriel Giannini joined the team, and together with Lumière, Vitaly, and Gardick, the roster managed to qualify through the South American qualifiers for The International 2022, taking Hokori to the year’s main tournament for the first time.

At the tournament, the team was eliminated in the group stage, but for the young organization, this achievement marked its greatest success to date.

Immediately after the season ended, the entire roster left the club and soon joined Alliance.LATAM.

2023–2026

After the departure of the roster that represented the organization at TI11, Hokori was never able to form a stable, long-term roster.

In the years that followed, the club regularly rebuilt its roster around familiar faces from the South American scene. At various times, Lumière, Vitaly, and Gardick played for the organization again, leaving and returning to the team on several occasions.

Despite the constant roster changes, the organization was unable to replicate the success of the 2022 season. The team continued to participate in regional tournaments and qualifiers, but was no longer able to qualify for The International or other Tier 1 championships.
