BLAST SLAM IV: closed qualifier results
On September 28, the closed qualifiers for BLAST Slam IV came to an end, determining four more participants of the main stage.
In Eastern Europe, Natus Vincere defeated Aurora Gaming and Yellow Submarine in the upper bracket to secure a slot at the tournament. Aurora managed to take revenge in the lower bracket and also earned a place at the championship.
In China, the favorites Yakutou Brothers advanced without issues. The final slot went to the Southeast Asian team Team Aureus, who defeated Execration 2:1.
The invited teams are Team Liquid, Team Spirit, PARIVISION, Flipster Talon, Tundra Esports, Heroic and The International 2025 champions Team Falcons. One more invited team will be announced later.
It should be noted that not all teams have confirmed their rosters for BLAST Slam IV, and some may perform with stand-ins.
It is already known that Team Spirit will make a change: Yaroslav Miposhka Naidenov has taken an indefinite break. His replacement has not been officially revealed yet, but rumors suggest it could be Nikita panto Balaganin. Team Falcons and PARIVISION will play with their current rosters, while the situation with Team Liquid remains unclear, as Jonas SabeRLighT- Volek recently joined Avulus.
Changes will also affect Tundra Esports, as Martin Saksa Sazdov and Remco Crystallis Arets have left the team. In addition, Flipster Talon and Heroic will perform with updated rosters, making their debut at the tournament.
BLAST Slam IV will take place from 14.10.2025 to 09.11.2025 in Singapore at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Twelve teams will participate, and the event’s prize pool is $1,000,000.
