BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 took place from 19.10.2024 to 26.10.2024 in Belgrade, Serbia. Twelve teams participated in the tournament. The prize pool for the event was $1,000,000.
The tournament began with a group stage, which was played in a Round Robin format with two groups of six teams and Bo2 matches. At the end of the group stage, the top four teams from each group advanced to the playoffs, while the rest were eliminated from the tournament.
The playoff bracket was double-elimination with Bo3 matches, except for Bo5 in the grand final.
Results of the eighth Game Day (26.10.2024):
Team Falcons defeated Tundra Esports in the grand final and became the tournament champions.
The series ended with a score of 3:2, with Tundra Esports opening the scoring. In the first game, Falcons' roster carry Oliver skiterLepko tried to turn the game around at the end by purchasing Divine Rapier, but not only did he fail to change the team's dire situation, he also exacerbated it by passing the Rapier to Tundra's core Egor Nightfall Grigorenko. Each team then took one map without much resistance.
On the fourth map, Team Falcons managed to even the score. Skiter stood out with an unconventional build on Dragon Knight, which he assembled using Hurricane Pike, Sange and Yasha, and Bloodthorn. As a result, Oliver finished the game with a KDA of 9/2/20.
The decisive map turned out to be truly exciting: the game lasted 72 minutes, with the teams remaining evenly matched throughout. Around the 40th minute, Tundra began to gain an advantage thanks to winning team fights, with Nightfall on Ursa performing particularly well. But after losing a fight in which all of Tundra's cores died, the Falcons were able to snowball their net worth and end the game with a total score of 37-37 and an advantage of almost 60,000 gold.
At the same time, Tundra Esports offlaner Neta 33 Shapira was named MVP of the tournament. The player finished the event with an average KDA of 3.38 and GPM of 552.

Day 2
Group A
In Group A, Tundra Esports became the clear leader, having already secured their place in the playoffs without losing a single series. Not far behind the British team are BetBoom Team and Yakult's brothers. The Chinese team Team Liquid is only two points behind. Despite this, Michael micKe Wu's team is still showing decent results: today they drew with BB Team and Tundra.
At the bottom of this group are MOUZ and Talon Esports, who have not won a single map in the entire tournament. However, today MOUZ managed to redeem themselves a little by winning one game against Yakult's brothers.
Group B
In Group B, Team Falcons is in the lead by a small margin, followed by Team Spirit. Both teams are showing consistent results and have not lost a single match so far. In third and fourth place with the same score are Gaimin Gladiators and Aurora Gaming. These teams were performing fairly evenly until they suffered a complete collapse in today's series against Team Falcons and Team Spirit, respectively.
L1GA TEAM and Nouns are in the red zone, but it is too early to make predictions about their elimination.
Day 3
Group A
BetBoom Team, Tundra Esports, Team Liquid, and Yakult's brothers secured their places in the playoffs. At the end of the day, the teams shared the same number of points: BB Team and Tundra have 7-3, while Liquid and Yakult's have 6-4. The teams will meet in the play-offs on October 22. Talon Esports and MOUZ, on the other hand, were the weakest participants in this group and eliminated from the tournament.
Group B
In Group B, the position of the teams has not changed. Team Falcons became the clear leader. Team Spirit and Gaimin Gladiators finished the group stage with the same score, but no additional matches were needed to decide their fate. Aurora Gaming and L1GA TEAM could have been participants in the playoffs, but Aurora drew with Falcons and GG, earning the necessary number of points.
To stay in the tournament, “League” needed to beat Team Spirit 2-0. Thus, we said goodbye to Nouns, who won only one map in the entire tournament, and to L1GA TEAM, who missed their chance.
Day 4
Group A
In Group A, Gleb Kiyotaka Zyryanov from BetBoom Team faced off against Artem Lorenof Melnik, who now plays for Tundra Esports. The BB Team mid laner didn't have an early game too well, but still managed to secure first place in the group for his team.
Group B
In the Tiebreaker in Group B, Michal Nisha Jankowski from Team Liquid faced off against Zhou Emo Yi from Yakult's Brothers (formerly Invictus Gaming). Unexpectedly, the Chinese midlaner managed to defeat the The International 2024 champion, and Yakult's Brothers finished the group stage in first place.
Day 5
At the end of the day, Aurora Gaming, Gaimin Gladiators, Yakult's Brothers, and Team Liquid fell into the lower bracket of the playoffs. The first elimination matches will take place tomorrow.
The series between Team Falcons and Team Liquid was memorable, ending with a score of 2:0 in favor of the Falcons. The first map of the match lasted 66 minutes, making it one of the longest games of the tournament. Despite all of Liquid's efforts, Stanislav Malr1ne Potorak's team was able to gain the upper hand on both maps and remain in the upper bracket.
Day 6
The first matches took place in the upper bracket: Tundra Esports defeated BetBoom Team, and Team Falcons defeated Team Spirit. As a result of the series, BB Team and Spirit went to the lower bracket, while Tundra and Falcons will meet in the final.
The following pairs were formed in the losers' bracket based on the results of the previous day: Aurora Gaming vs Gaimin Gladiators and Yakult's Brothers vs Team Liquid. The winner of the first match was unexpectedly Aurora Gaming, which will play a elimination match against Team Spirit, and the winner of the second match was Yakult's Brothers, which will compete for a place in the tournament against BetBoom Team.
Thus, the finalists of the last The International, GG and Team Liquid, were eliminated from the competition and sent home.
