Elite League Season 2: format, schedule, results, and tournament bracket
Elite League Season 2 — A Dota 2 LAN tournament held from 25.07.2024 to 04.08.2024 in Lima, Peru. Sixteen teams competed for a prize pool of $800,000.
The tournament began with a group stage, which was held using the Swiss system. At the end of this stage, eight teams competed in the decisive stage, which determined their place in the playoff bracket.
All matches were played in a Bo3 format, except for Bo5 in the grand final. The playoff bracket was double-elimination.

Team Liquid defeated BOOM Esports in the lower bracket final and beat 1WIN Team in the grand final to become the tournament champions. This was the team's first title since 2020.

OG, Execration, Shopify Rebellion, Heroic, Yellow Submarine, MOUZ, Team Liqauid, and 1WIN Team earned one point per series. The second group of teams that did not earn any points includes Nouns, FUSION, Apex Genesis, Cuyes Esports, Evil Rabbit, BOOM Esports, Infinity, and beastoast.
Today's matches in the second round determined the seeding of the participants in the third round. First group (2-0): OG, Heroic, Team Liquid, and Shopify Rebellion (the winners advance to the playoffs, the losers to the fourth round). Second group (1-1): Execration, Yellow Submarine, Cuyes Esports, BOOM Esports, Nouns, 1WIN Team, MOUZ, beastcoast - each team will advance to the fourth round. Group C (0-2): Evil Rabbit, Apex Genesis, FUSION, and Infinity (winners advance to the next round, losers are eliminated from the tournament).
Day 2
Today, Fusion and Infinity Esports were eliminated from the tournament. At the same time, OG and Team Liquid managed to advance to the next group stage of the event without a single defeat.
Day 3
Today, Shopify Rebellion, 1WIN Team, and Beastcoast secured their places in the next stage. Evil Rabbit, Apex Genesis, and MOUZ are leaving the tournament.
Day 4
1WIN Team, Execration, and OG finished the day with a 2-0 record. Nouns and BOOM Esports had mixed results, while Team Liquid, Shopify Rebellion, and Beastcoast failed to win a single match.
Day 5
1WIN Team continues to hold the lead with only one loss in the entire tournament. Nouns and OG took 2nd and 3rd place with the same number of wins. Beastcoast remains the main contender for the lower bracket of the playoffs, as the team has yet to win a single series.
Day 6
1WIN Team, Nouns, and OG secured their spots in the upper bracket of the playoffs. beastcoast will start their journey in the next stage in the lower bracket.
Day 7
OG, Team Liquid, 1WIN Team, and Nouns have secured their spots in the upper bracket of the playoffs. BOOM Esports, Beastcast, Shopify Rebellion, and Execration will continue to battle it out in the lower bracket.
Day 8
Beastcoast and Shopify Rebellion have left the competition. Nouns and OG have fallen into the lower bracket, where they will face BOOM Esports and Execration, respectively. Team Liquid and 1win are in the upper bracket final.
Day 9
Today, the first participant in the grand final was determined, and it was 1WIN Team after defeating Team Liquid in the upper bracket final. Also today, Nouns, OG, and Execration were eliminated from the tournament.
