- Two groups of 4 teams each;
- Single round-robin system;
- All matches are BO3 (best of three);
- Best 2 teams qualify for the playoffs;
- The remaining teams are eliminated.
Tiebreaker:
- Round-robin system and BO1 (best of one) format if 3 team tie are held.
Playoffs - 07.06.2023 - 08.06.2023:
- Single elimination system;
- All matches are BO3 (best of three).
