The team’s first major success was its victory at MYM Prime Nations 3 in 2011.

The roster included Clinton Fear Lumiz, Jimmy DeMoN Ho, DaRkShEEp, Braxton Brax Paulson, and Kanishka Sam BuLba Sosale. In the grand final, the American team defeated Ukraine and claimed the championship title.

In the years that followed, Team U.S. continued to compete regularly in tournaments among national teams. The team participated in the ProDotA National Cup and the 2017 World Electronic Sports Games, where the country was represented by players such as Arif MSS Anwar, Nicholas Gunnar Lopez, Michael ixmike88 Hannam, Kartik Kitrak Rathi, and others.

2023-2024

After a hiatus of several years, the team returned to the international stage by participating in the 2023 IESF World Esports Championship.

The roster included Gunnar, David William Moo Hull, Rodrigo Lelis Santos, Luke YamSun Wang, and Paul Speeed Bocchicchio . Brazilian Felipe Astini Astini, who began his coaching career back in 2016, became the head coach.

At the championship, the team lost to Mongolia in the lower bracket and finished the tournament in the top 6.

In 2024, the U.S. national team successfully qualified for the 2024 IESF World Esports Championship through regional qualifiers and also reached the finals of Global Esports Games 2024: Open Event: Americas Qualifier.

2026

In June 2026, the United States participated in the first Esports Nations Cup, which had a prize pool of $1,500,000.

Team Liquid coach William Blitz Lee was named head coach and, in accordance with the tournament rules, selected the national team roster on his own.

The final roster included Said Sumail SumaiL Hassan, Quinn Quinn Callahan, Victor Fayde Zuev, Speeed, and Jingjun Sneyking Wu. Yamsun and Gunnar served as substitutes.

Due to their high national ranking, the United States placed fifth among all countries and received a direct invitation to the tournament.
