Bio
Joao 4nalog Gabriel Giannini is a Brazilian professional Dota 2 player who plays as a Midlaner.
4nalog started gaining attention in 2018 after joining INTZ eSports. In six months with the team, he only played at the Brasil Game Cup 2018, where the team finished second with a prize of $1,205. In January 2019, after INTZ eSports disbanded, Giannini joined SG e-sports, which soon also announced its dissolution. In late November 2019, he joined Vira-Lata Caramelo, later renamed Crewmates. In the new lineup, 4nalog participated in second and third tier tournaments as well as DPC leagues. He was also a stand-in for Omega Gaming, FURIA Esports, and South American Rejects, without achieving significant results.
In 2021, Hokori has invited him as a replacement on multiple occasions. Due to Giannini's impressive play, Hokori eventually signed him permanently. His joining contributed to the team's successful performances in many tournaments. Later that year, 4nalog left Hokori and briefly joined NoPing e-sports.
In February 2022, he returned to Hokori again as Midlaner. The team participated in DPC SA 2021/22 Tour 2: Division I, DPC SA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I, ESL One Malaysia 2022 qualifiers, won the TodayPay Invitational Season 1 and Thunderpick Bitcoin Series. One of the major achievements was reaching the group stage of The International 2022.
In 2023, Joao joined Keyd Stars, with whom he finished 5-8th at Pinnacle Cup: Malta Vibes #4, and also participated in The International 2023, where he finished 13-16th after losing to BetBoom Team in the first round of the lower grid playoffs.
In January 2024, 4nalog moved to the newly formed Heroic roster. Under the new tag, the player participated in qualifications for BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, DreamLeague Season 22 and ESL One Birmingham 2024. The squad managed to qualify for DreamLeague and LAN in Birmingham, but at the closed qualification for the tournament in Dubai, the team stopped one step away from victory, losing to Nouns in the grand finals of the tournament.
