Bio
Arman Malady Orzbayev is a Kazakh professional Dota 2 player who plays on the fifth position. In the Natus Vincere team, he is nicknamed Boss. His signature heroes are Treant Protector, Undying and Disruptor.
In 2016, Malady caught the motivation to raise his personal ranking to fulfill his main goal of becoming a cyber athlete. Upon reaching the 8,000 MMR mark, Arman began playing in various Kazakh and Georgian teams in an attempt to improve his team play skills.
In April 2021, Malady received an invitation to Rune Eaters Esports from manager Aziz 4313 Nurmuldin, which was the first appearance of this player in a professional team. Initially Arman played for the team as a substitute, but after a week he became part of the main squad. During his time in Rune Eaters Esports he managed to take the championship at UPEA Ukrainian Cup 2021, Gamestars and Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 3.
In November 2021 Malady was invited to test matches in three teams at once: Gambit Esports, HellRaisers and Team Empire. According to the results of the games played Orazbayev chose the second of them. As part of the new club he managed to take the championship Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 5 and Dota 2 Champions League 2022 Season 7, fourth place at the DPC EEU 2021/22 Tour 1: Division I. However, in the modified format of the next round of the regional league, Malady, along with HellRaisers, failed, falling to the second division.
Since the sixth of December 2022, he has been representing the Natus Vincere team, with which he has already won small tournaments such as Malta Vibes 1 and Malta Vibes 2. In the spring of 2024, Navi, together with Arman, managed to qualify for DreamLeague Season 23. At the tournament itself, the team failed to get out of the group and took 11th-12th place. Later NaVi tried to qualify for Riyadh Masters 2024, The International 2024, Elite League Season 2 and PGL Wallachia Season 2, but were unsuccessful. At the Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational roster took 4th place.

- November 12, 2024 - Aurora Gaming has signed Malady.
In December 15, 2024, Malady officially left Aurora Gaming and joined L1GA TEAM, but left the team after two weeks.
On February 15 2025, Arman joined Gaimin Gladiators as a stand-in. The updated roaster placed 12th at DreamLeague Season 25 and 7th-8th at PGL Wallachia: Season 3.
Later in March, as part of Gaimin Gladiators, participated in FISSURE Universe Ep.4, where the team managed to reach the grand final but was unable to claim the championship title, finishing in 2nd place.
On April 20, 2025, he joined Gaimin Gladiators, where he had previously played on loan.
On May 6, the team participated in BLAST SLAM III, finishing their run in the semifinals and placing 3rd–4th. At DreamLeague Season 26, GG finished in 5th place. Also in the summer, the team took 2nd place at PGL Wallachia Season 5.
In early July, the team participated in FISSURE Universe: Episode 5, where they performed poorly and failed to reach the playoff stage.
At the Riyadh Masters 2025 tournament, Gaimin Gladiators reached the playoff stage but lost their first match and exited the competition, finishing in 7th–8th place.
On August 2, 2025, Gaimin Gladiators were eliminated from Clavision DOTA2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi. The team finished in 5th place and earned $43,750.
In August, the organization announced its withdrawal from The International 2025 due to internal conflict within the roster.
In October, Malady , as part of Team Yandex, participated in FISSURE Universe: Episode 7 where the team lost in the first round of the playoffs and left the tournament.
Later, it became known that the player officially became part of Team Yandex.
At the end of October, Yandex took part in FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2, where the team finished 3rd, reaching the lower bracket final of the playoff stage.
At the beginning of December, Yandex competed at BLAST Slam V, finishing in 2nd place after reaching the playoff stage. In the grand final, the team failed to defeat Team Falcons, losing the series 0:3.
At DreamLeague Season 27, Team Yandex delivered an outstanding performance, defeating all top teams and claiming the tournament title. In the grand final, the team defeated Team Spirit with a 3–1 score.
At the first tournament of 2026, FISSURE Universe: Episode 8, the team finished in third place, stopping one step short of the grand final.
At the beginning of February 2026, the team competed at BLAST SLAM VI, where they took fourth place, losing to Natus Vincere in the playoff stage. At the following DreamLeague Season 28, Team Yandex finished 10th-11th, being eliminated in the group stage.
At the following tournament, PGL Wallachia Season 7, the team once again competed with a stand-in, but still managed to win the championship after defeating Team Liquid in the grand final.
At the end of March, Team Yandex finished in second place at ESL One Birmingham 2026, losing to Tundra Esports with a 1:3 score in the grand final.
At the next tournament, PGL Wallachia Season 8, the team continued to play with Dmitry DM Dorokhin, but unexpectedly finished the championship in last place.
