Team Spirit and Palianytsia qualified for DreamLeague Season 24
Team Spirit and Palianytsia won the final closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 24 in their respective regions, advancing to the main event. Spirit defeated Virtus.pro, while Palianytsia won against OG.
The updated Team Spirit roster played together for the first time at the DreamLeague Season 24 closed qualifiers for Eastern Europe. The team, not easily, but managed to reach the main stage of the tournament. In the deciding match, the Dragons defeated Virtus.pro. The Russian team's new carry Alan Satanic Galiamov showed good play and synergy with other roster members. Virtus.pro won only on the second map, while Team Spirit won on the first and third maps. The closed qualifiers for Eastern Europe took place from September 28 to 30. Teams competed for two spot to the tournament. The first slot went to BandaNoone, from which Team Spirit fell to the lower bracket.
The newly formed Palianytsia lineup also played together for the first time at the Western European qualifiers for this tournament. Previously the team played under the tag Monte, but here they were joined by new players in the third and fifth positions. The team successfully advanced through the open qualifiers and reached the final of the lower bracket in the closed qualifiers, where they faced OG. The teams played only two maps, the Ukrainian roster convincingly defeated Sebastian Ceb Debs' team and earning a deserved spot in the main event. The series ended with a score of 2-0.
