Nouns and L1ga Team eliminated from BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024
Nouns and L1GA TEAM were eliminated from BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, after losing to their opponents in the group stage of the championship. Nouns finished in 12th place, while L1GA TEAM took 9th place. Both teams received $25,000 from the prize pool.
Nouns left the tournament due to their defeat in the decisive series against Gaimin Gladiators on the first map. The team tried to put up a good fight against GG, but the European roster proved stronger. Despite Nouns managing to comeback Gaimin Gladiators early advantage, Melchior Seleri Hillenkamp's team pulled themselves together and secured the game.
Thus, Nouns lost all chances of advancing to the playoffs. The North American team ended up being the weakest participant in Group B, with a final score of 1-9. To continue in the tournament, they needed to win the series against GG and for Aurora Gaming to defeat GG. Additionally, Team Spirit had to lose to L1GA TEAM.

The second team that went home was the L1GA TEAM. Nikita pantomem Balaganin's roster couldn't handle Team Spirit in the first game of their final match. The map ended in 23 minutes, and "Liga" managed to secure only seven kills. Alan Satanic Galliamov put in an excellent performance on Shadow Fiend, securing his team a win and a spot in the playoffs.
After the first map, L1GA missed their chance to stay in the championship. The lineup ended up in the red zone and took the penultimate place in the standings, scoring only four points. To participate in tiebreakers, the team needed to beat Spirit 2-0.
