Aurora Gaming may play with a stand-in =on BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024
Aurora Gaming has reported that Anucha Jabz Jirawonga did not get his visa to Dubai in time and is at risk of missing the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 tournament. The championship will be held from February 4-16 in Dubai, with a prize pool of $1,000,000.
Comments from the Aurora Gaming organization on social media:
"Our guys are flying to Dubai! And you're probably wondering where Jabz is? Unfortunately he hasn't gotten his visa yet, but as soon as he has it, he'll be joining the guys!".
Aurora Gaming's new roster is showing good results - the team managed to qualify for DreamLeague Season 22, got an invite to BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 and played extremely poorly at the qualifiers for ESL One: Birmingham 2024.
There is no word yet on whether Jabz will definitely miss this tournament and there is no potential replacement yet. Aurora Gaming is in Group A at BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 and will face LGD Gaming, Virtus.pro, Team Liquid, Team Falcons and Gaimin Gladiators. At the end of the group stage, 2 teams will be eliminated and 4 teams will qualify for the playoffs.
