Talon Esports has earned the ticket to ESL One Birmingham 2024
Talon Esports defeated Geek Fam 3-0 in the grand finals of the closed qualification for ESL One Birmingham 2024 for Southeast Asia. Talon Esports has now guaranteed its participation in the main part of the tournament, which will take place from April 22-28 in Birmingham, UK.
Talon Esports qualified for the EPT Regional Qualifier and went straight to the top of the playoff bracket. From there they were knocked out in the first round by Geek Fam and had to fight their way to the grand finals through the lower bracket. Along the way, it defeated MAG.Indonesia, Bleed Esports, Execration, Neon Esports, and took revenge against Geek Fam in the grand finals.
Talon Esports dominated throughout the match. The team finished the first map with mega-creeps and a networth advantage of more than 30 thousand. And on the third map, the team managed to destroy 2 out of 3 of the opponent's sides, while Geek Fam was unable to advance beyond T1 towers.

ESL One Birmingham 2024 is a LAN tournament that will be held in the British city of Birmingham from April 22 to 28. 12 teams will take part in the event. Gaimin Gladiators, BetBoom Team, Xtreme Gaming and Team Liquid have received direct invitations. The remaining 8 participants will be determined by the results of closed qualifiers. The tournament's prize fund is $1 million and 26 640 EPT rating points.
