The Norwegian esports club HEROIC announced that the team’s active roster has parted ways with position 4 support Elvis Scofield De la Cruz Peña. The reasons for this decision were not disclosed in the official announcement.

The 27-year-old Peruvian esports player had been representing HEROIC since January 2024. At the moment, there is no information on who will replace him in the roster.

During Scofield’s time with the team, HEROIC delivered a number of solid results, despite a slight downturn toward the end of the year. The team placed 17–21st at DreamLeague Season 27, 7–10th at BLAST Slam V, 7–8th at PGL Wallachia Season 6, finished in the top 4 at BLAST Slam IV, took 7–8th place at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 and won FISSURE Universe: Episode 7.

Recently, HEROIC also welcomed Filipe Astini Astini, who took on the role of analyst for the duration of DreamLeague Season 27. Previously, Astini worked as a coach for PARIVISION, but left the team shortly before the tournament began.

The next tournament for HEROIC will be BLAST Slam VI, which is set to take place in early February. Before that, the organization is expected to announce a new team member.
