Heroic kicked Parker off the team for unprofessional behavior
Heroic cybersports organization announced the decision to remove David Parker Nijo Flores from the Dota 2 roster due to his inappropriate behavior and conflicts in the team. The player is put up for transfer. This was announced by the club representatives in social networks.
"Today, we are benching Parker from our active Dota 2 roster. This decision follows an incident during the ESL Bangkok SA Qualifier final, where disagreements over the team's strategy resulted in Parker showing a lack of desire to win which does not align with the professional standard we uphold at HEROIC.
Despite Parker's advantages , the club is not ready to continue working with him. He will be replaced by Yuma Langlet at BLAST Slam I in the Heroic roster.
While we recognize the raw talent and contributions Parker has brought to the team, this pattern of unprofessional behavior, including previous incidents, is something we will not accept.
We are open to discussing Parker’s transfer with interested parties. In the meantime, we will compete in the BLAST Slam with Yuma as a stand-in"
Heroic's roster for BLAST Slam I:
- Yuma Yuma Langlet (Stand-in)
- Joao 4nalog Giannini
- Cedric Davai Lama Dekmin
- Elvis Scofield Peña
- Matheus KJ Diniz
Parker joined Heroic in September 2024. With him the team became the champion of PGL Wallachia 2024 Season 2, as well as selected for DreamLeague Season 24, where they took 13-14th place. The team later qualified for ESL One Bangkok 2024, losing to beastcoast 2-3 in the final.
As CyberScore reported earlier, gpk will replace kiyotaka in the BetBoom Team roster at BLAST Slam I.
