Results of the first day of TI12 qualifiers in China: favorites won their matches

First day results of the Chinese Qualifiers for The International 12 have not surprised anybody. Favorites won their matches and advanced through the Upper Bracket. Limit was the first team eliminated after losing to iG.Vitality in the first round of the Lower Bracket. A small surprise was that Azure Ray needed three maps to beat Team Bright, while all the other strong teams won with a 2-0 score.

Qualifiers for The International 12 for teams from China take place on August 17-21. Only one slot on TI12 is being fought for by the teams from this region.

In the next round of the Upper Bracket, the matches will be more competitive as the pairs are mostly evenly matched. Team Aster will face Xtreme Gaming, while IG will play against Azure Ray.
