BLAST Slam IV: all playoff participants have been determined

The final stage of the BLAST SLAM IV group phase has concluded. Thus, the Play-In results have been revealed. By the end of today, four matches were played within this stage. Team Aureus, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid, and BetBoom Team failed to overcome their opponents and ended their tournament run. Meanwhile, MOUZ, Aurora Gaming, Heroic, and Team Spirit secured their spots in the playoffs.

MOUZ had little trouble defeating Team Aureus, closing the match with a 2-0 score. The newly formed tag has yet to impress with its results.

Aurora Gaming defeated NAVI. Despite the loss, the Ukrainian team managed to take one map, putting up a respectable fight.

Heroic claimed victory over Team Liquid. It’s worth noting that the teams previously faced each other in the upper bracket final of FISSURE Universe: Episode 7. Back then, the “Liquid” squad also failed to overcome the South American team.

The last match of the Play-In stage was the clash between Team Spirit and BetBoom Team. The first map was fully dominated by the “dragons” — they finished it in just 29 minutes, forcing their opponent to surrender before destroying a tier-3 tower. In the second game, BetBoom Team managed to seize the initiative and tie the score. However, the decisive third map went to Team Spirit, earning them a well-deserved spot in the BLAST Slam IV playoffs.

BLAST Slam IV will take place from 14.10.2025 to 09.11.2025 in Singapore, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Twelve teams will participate, and the event’s prize pool is $1,000,000. You can follow the tournament’s progress in the live coverage.
