Hard support
A hard support, or "position five", also known as a full or hard support, is a hero who plays in the safe lane and assists the carry. This is the support with the lowest priority for farm and resources on the team. The term support comes from the English word meaning “to support.” The terms “full” and “hard” reflect the responsibility of this role — the player is expected to fully care for the team and handle the hardest duties, often sacrificing personal gain for the team’s success.
