Dota 2 patch 7.39b released

Valve has released the 7.39b update for Dota 2, fixing numerous bugs and issues that emerged after the release of the major 7.39 patch. The update focuses on nerfing overly strong heroes and addressing critical problems reported by the community following the recent patch.

Map terrain changes:

• the bottom tier-1 tower of the Radiant has been slightly moved down, and several trees above it and on the western side of the bottom lane were added and reworked.
• the path through the trees near the central tier-2 Radiant tower has been updated.
• a tree near the top tier-1 Dire tower has been removed.
• fixed some bugs where trees incorrectly blocked ward placements.

Hero changes:

Dazzle

• Nothl Boon facet – Healing amplification from Weave increased from 5% to 7.5%.

Doom

• Base health regeneration reduced from 1.25 to 0.66.

Kez

• Duration of Falcon Rush increased from 3/4/5/6 to 3.75/4.5/5.25/6 seconds.
• Mana cost of Talon Toss reduced from 75 to 60/65/70/75.
• Shodo Sai once again grants bonus stun or critical damage from marks obtained through parrying; the critical damage bonus of this ability has been changed from 25/50/75/100% to 4% * enemy level.

Lich

• Mana restoration from Death Charge upon enemy hero death increased from 15% to 25% of maximum mana.

Lina

• With the Slow Burn facet, spell damage bonuses now affect only the total damage (before calculating burn damage).

Nature's Prophet

• With the Soothing Saplings facet, the enchantment radius of Sprout trees for healing allies reduced from 1200 to 900.
• With the Nature's Profit facet, gold per level of the killed unit increased from 1.5 to 2.
• Base damage of the Wrath of Nature ultimate reduced from 100/140/180 to 90/130/170.

Omniknight

• Cooldown of Hammer of Purity increased from 16/12/8/4 to 20/15/10/5 seconds.
• Damage of this ability reduced from 40/60/80/100 to 25/50/75/100.

Sand King

• Mana cost of Burrowstrike reduced from 110/120/130/140 to 100/110/120/130.
• Level 10 talent "+12% Stinger slow" replaced with "+8% Stinger slow".
• Level 15 talent "+150 Burrowstrike cast range" replaced with "+200 Burrowstrike cast range".
• Also at level 15, talent "+20 Sand Storm damage per second" replaced with "+25 Sand Storm damage per second".

Tinker

• With the Translocator facet, movement from Defense Matrix does not occur if the owner is under stun or root effects.

Warlock

• Golem burning from the Chaotic Offering ultimate now depends on Warlock's AoE skill amplification rather than health regeneration.
