Watson joined Gaimin Gladiators

Alimzhan watson Islambekov has officially left Cloud9 and joined Gaimin Gladiators. The announcement was shared on the social media of the second organization.

Watson had represented Entity Gaming since 2022 until Cloud9 signed the entire roster in July 2024. At the beginning of this year, Alimzhan had shown worst results and failed to qualify for several major tournaments. However, towards the end of the season, he managed to compete at Riyadh Masters 2024 and TI13, finishing in 11th and 6th place, respectively.

In GG, Islambekov will replace Anton dyrachyo Shkredov, who was recently moved to the inactive roster. Watson's next tournament could be BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024.
