Tundra Esports manager on bootcamp work: "It's like being an office worker"
The manager of the Western European team Tundra Esports, Noah Th3RealJP Eigenheer, spoke about his daily work at the bootcamp and shared details of the preparation for The International 2025.
It’s different every day. If you are with the team – that’s one thing. When you are available for food orders and ensure all communication, this part starts at 10-11 a.m. and ends around 8-9 p.m. It’s constant availability. In addition, there is also the bureaucratic side – checking emails, reservations and so on. I think we’ve more or less managed it, but we’re finishing up the tickets for TI.
He also added that the final touches include arranging general passes and badges for players and staff.
It is worth noting that less than a week remains until The International 2025, and Tundra Esports is considered one of the main contenders for the title. This season, the team has claimed several prestigious trophies: victories at FISSURE PLAYGROUND DOTA 2 and BLAST SLAM II. Even after changing their carry, the squad maintained strong results, becoming the champions of BLAST SLAM III and finishing fourth at the Riyadh Masters 2025.
The International 2025 will take place from 04.09.2025 to 14.09.2025 in Hamburg, Germany, with 16 teams participating. The starting prize pool for the event is $1,600,000.
Earlier, Cyberscore reported rumors that Alan Satanic Gallyamov may move to Tundra Esports.
