The all matches of the European closed qualifiers for The International 2026 have come to an end, and here is a recap of the results.

Upper Bracket

As expected, PARIVISION and Team Spirit became the first teams to secure their spots at the biggest tournament of the year.

VP.Prodigy and Enj0y were no match for Spirit, but Nigma Galaxy managed to put up a fight against the “dragons” in the match for the slot. Nevertheless, the favorite proved to be the stronger team. Team Spirit has not missed a single TI since The International 2021, but for the first time since 2021, they were forced to play in the qualifiers.

PARIVISION followed a similar path through the qualifiers. The team easily defeated 4ikibamboni and Power Rangers, but Virtus.pro managed to surprise PV on the first map and snapped No[o]ne-’s 16-game winning streak on Pangolier, although they lost the next two maps without putting up much of a fight.

Lower Bracket

After dropping to the lower bracket, Virtus.pro faced L1GA Team for a spot at the championship. Despite winning the opening map, VP failed to close out the series and lost the next two maps.

L1GA secured a place at the tournament after making their way through the open qualifiers. The organization will compete at TI for the first time in its history.

Notably, Virtus.pro have now failed to qualify for The International for the third consecutive year. Their last appearance at the tournament came in 2023, when they finished in the top eight.

The final team to qualify for the championship was Nigma Galaxy, which defeated Yellow Submarine 2-1. Last year, the team finished in the top six.

It is also worth noting that Nigma recently signed two players, one of whom was the returning Sumail SumaiL Hassan.
