PARIVISION and Team Spirit have secured a spot at The International 2026: the first results from the European qualifiers

The upper bracket matches of the European closed qualifiers for The International 2026 have come to an end. PARIVISION and Team Spirit, as expected, were the first to secure a spot at TI.

VP.Prodigy and Enj0y were no match for Spirit, but Nigma Galaxy managed to put up a fight against the “dragons” in the match for the slot. Nevertheless, the favorite proved to be the stronger team. Team Spirit has not missed a single TI since The International 2021, but for the first time since 2021, they were forced to play in the qualifiers.

PARIVISION followed a similar path through the qualifiers. The team easily defeated 4ikibamboni and Power Rangers, but Virtus.pro managed to surprise PV on the first map and snapped No[o]ne-’s 16-game winning streak on Pangolier, although they lost the next two maps without putting up much of a fight.

Nigma Galaxy and Virtus.pro still have a chance to earn a spot at The International in the lower bracket final.

The International 2026 will take place from 13.08.2026 to 23.08.2026 in Shanghai, China. The tournament’s initial prize pool is $1,600,000. The seven invited teams will be joined by nine teams that advance through regional qualifiers. The closed qualifiers takes place from 15.06.2026 to 28.06.2026.
