Sikle discovers a Dota 2 bug that permanently disables an enemy
Team Spirit analyst Mark sikle Lerman has discovered a bug in Dota 2 that allows you to permanently disable any hero — they remain alive but can’t respawn or take any actions. He shared the information on his personal Telegram channel.
The bug stems from the interaction between the neutral creep Vhoul Assassin and a combination of items and abilities. Its Poison ability at level two reduces a target’s health regeneration by 80% and deals damage over time. At this point, you can bring an enemy’s regeneration to zero by also applying debuffs from Shiva’s Guard and Eye of Skadi.
If, under these effects, the poison drops a hero’s HP to 1, their health will then fall to 0, leaving them in a state of "eternal coma" — unable to respawn. Notably, the bug also works on Roshan, who becomes invulnerable and continues to attack, but Aegis of the Immortal cannot be obtained.
Earlier, CyberScore.live reported that Valve released a micro patch with bug fixes and new features.
