Shopify Rebellion has officially announced their withdrawal from Dota 2 and the full release of their current roster. All players and coaching staff have become free agents and are free to continue their careers with other teams. The announcement was made on the organization’s official X page.

The management thanked fans for their support and stated that the decision was a difficult one, driven by unsatisfactory results and the need to reconsider the organization's direction. Despite the efforts of players, coaches, and staff, the team failed to meet its goals.

Special thanks were given to head coach Kanishka Sam BuLba Sosale, who had been part of the project from the very beginning and played a major role in its development. Shopify Rebellion did not rule out a possible return to the discipline in the future, but for now, the organization is taking a break.

It’s worth noting that in recent years the team has shown inconsistent results, with their last major achievement being a 2nd place finish at DreamLeague Season 21 in 2023. At the recent Riyadh Masters 2025, they placed 15th.

Shopify Rebellion roster:

Enzo Timado Gianoli
Erin Jasper Yopaj Ferrer
Cédric Davai Lama Deckmyn
Kirill Hellscream Lagutik
Rolen Andrei Skem Gabriel Ong
Kanishka Sam BuLba Sosale

Earlier, Cyberscore reported that 23savage had left Flipster Talon.
