Nigma Galaxy, Runa Team, and Team Cobra have been eliminated from FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2

Today, three more teams ended their run at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2. Nigma Galaxy, Runa Team and Team Cobra lost their elimination matches and were knocked out of the tournament, each winning only one series during the group stage. Both squads finished in 12th–14th place, earning $12,000 apiece.

Nigma Galaxy fell to MOUZ, who had eliminated Yakutou Brothers the day before. The series ended 2–1 in favor of the “mice,” with the decisive moment coming from Remco Crystallis Arets’s Huskar pick on the carry role in game three - something Nigma wasn’t prepared for.

It’s worth noting that Nigma competed with stand-ins - Omar OmaR Mughraibi and Tony No!ob Assaf missed the event due to visa issues, and their spots were filled by Ivan MinD_ContRoL Ivanov and Kyrylo Hellscream Lahutyk.

Midlaner Sumail SumaiL Hassan stood out individually despite the team’s poor overall performance. He played 9 different heroes mid, leading the tournament in hero variety and achieving the highest average damage per minute - 885, one of the best stats across all participants.

Runa Team ended their journey after losing 0–2 to Heroic in the elimination match. The team struggled to contest their opponents and leaves the tournament near the bottom of the standings.

Their only victory came against Virtus.pro during the group stage. Despite the disappointing result, the team will continue competing - their next appearance will be at DreamLeague Season 27, for which they qualified through the European region.

Recently, Runa Team became the champions of CCT Season 2 Series 5, defeating Team Tea 3–1 in the grand final.

The South American team Team Cobra couldn’t handle the Chinese team Vici Gaming and lost 0–2. The first map ended with only 11 kills from Cobra, and the second with 12, showing the opponent’s complete dominance throughout the series.

The squad earned their spot through the regional closed qualifiers, defeating Tailung Mafia in the final with a 3–1 score.

At the moment, it’s unknown when and at which tournament Team Cobra will play next - the team failed to qualify for upcoming events and will likely take a short break before the next qualifiers.

FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 takes place from 23.10.2025 to 02.11.2025 in Belgrade, Serbia. Sixteen teams are competing for a total prize pool of $1,000,000. You can follow the tournament coverage in detail on our report.
