Well-known blogger Morf published a video about a group that organizes fixed matches on the professional Dota 2 scene. The content maker himself calls it the 322 mafia. He was able to obtain information about the company's methods after "his man" started working for the organization.

Let's highlight the key points of this video:

  • Anton Monetin, who previously worked at the Winstrike Academy as a senior coach, is a key figure in the entire organization. The infiltrated agent received valuable information specifically from him;
  • The company organizes fixed matches in several regions of the Dota 2 professional scene;
  • Players "clash head-to-head" (this is how the participants of the "322-mafia" call fictitious matches among themselves) at tournaments of all levels. For example, the cost of throwing one match in the DPC open qualifiers costs from $500 to $900, one map in the EPL costs from $3,000 to $4,000, and if we are talking about D2CL it is from $5,000 to $10,000 per map.
  • Thiuth Gaming was created exclusively for match fixing. The team paid $20k for a slot in the DPC NA 2023 Division 1 from Soniqs. Unknowingly, Thiuth was vouched for by Alliance co-owner Jonathan 'Loda' Berg. Bauyrzhan 'Lilskrip' Bisembaev is a key figure who, even after a life ban, continued to unofficially be the team manager and organize fake matches;
  • Wildcard Gaming, a former YNT and Hydra roster, was also involved in 322;
  • The organization does not cooperate with team managers, but recruits players directly. Examples Anton mentioned are Albert 'Alberkaaa' Chernoivanov from cybercats, Anatoly 'Lefitan' Krupnov and Sergey 'HappyDyurara' Horonzhiy from Hydra.
  • Offlaner of the OG team Dmitry 'DM' Dorokhin knows about the existence of the organization. Anton met DM through Alberkaaa.
  • The Neon League tournament was organized exclusively for match fixing. The matches of V-Gaming, Matreshka, Benz190E, EZ KATKA Esports and Uber Tilt were thrown at this event. Also during the tournament, it surfaced that Kyyalbek 'dream'' Tayirov and Alexander 'Cloud' Zakharov "work" for Monetin's competitors, for which Hydra was subsequently removed from the tournament;
  • the community's suspicions that Lefitan uses cheats were confirmed;
  • the owner and coach of Team Sexy, Vladislav 'Kozak' Lazurenko, regularly makes bets on Monetin's matches, deducting a percentage of the winnings to the latter. In addition, Edgar '9Class' Naltakyan is also involved in the group. According to Anton, Kozak most likely does not know about this.

As CyberScore reported, Valve banned 46 players from China and Southeast Asia for participating in match-fixing.
