Korb3n discussed the current market of coaches in Dota 2

During one of his streams, the Team Spirit team manager  Dmitry Korb3n Belov  shared his opinion on Aurora Gaming decision to appoint CEO Adalyat Krookie Mamedov as temporary coach for PGL Wallachia: Season 3.

In his opinion, this is due to the shortage of coaches in the current esports market.

Why doesn't Aurora just have a coach? I think they will, but the coach market is dead, any good player and theoretical coach is streaming on Twitch and earning many times more.

Since tournament organizers issue a few paid slots for tournaments. Thus, if a team doesn't have a coach or manager, they can register anyone, otherwise that slot is forfeited.
