Dmitry Korb3n Belov is a Russian Dota 2 team manager who has worked with Team Empire and Team Spirit.

Korb3n started his career in esports at the end of 2014 when he started helping the new Yellow Submarine team, where he met Miposhka, which was also the first team for Yaroslav. The five played well in online tournaments, and at the qualifiers for The International 2015 they almost made a sensation: they passed the open qualification and claimed to reach the playoffs of the European selection until the very end.

Before the new season, the team was quickly picked up by rich clubs: PSM's support moved to Natus Vincere, and Miposhka became the captain of the new PRIES squad. Korb3n himself was invited to Team Empire, where he worked for almost four years. The roster, updated after The International 2015, immediately showed excellent results: the ASUS ROG DreamLeague Season 4 final, second place at the PGL Dota 2 Pro-AM.

The first serious test awaited Korb3n in early 2016. Resolut1on moved to the United States, and then other experienced players left the team. However, the renewed Team Empire with Miposhka and young talent RAMZES666 managed to reach the final part of The Manila Major 2016, where the five players took 9-12 places. The manager also paved the way for AfterLife and a number of other aspiring pro players to enter the big eSports scene.

Together with Team Empire, Belov reached the top 8 at The International 2017, won the LootBet Invitational and ROG MASTERS 2017. However, it was becoming increasingly difficult to replace the outgoing stars with young talents: the team failed to qualify for TI8 and did not have the best season. In September 2019, Korb3n moved to HellRaisers, where he reunited with his friend Miposhka - but left the organization a few months later.

During the online era, the manager assembled a new Yellow Submarine lineup, which also included Miposhka along with little-known young players such as TORONTOTOKYO or Collapse. In the fall of 2020, the team reached the semifinals of DOTA Summit 13 Online: Europe & CIS and performed well at other European tournaments. In December, the players, along with Korb3n, signed contracts with Team Spirit, and in less than a year, the young CIS team won The International 2021. After the spot replacement of the team's midfielder Alexander TORONTOTOKYO Hertek with Denis Larl Sigitov in 2022, the team began its journey to re-dominate the space and in 2023 Korb3n and the guys again raised the coveted Aegis over their heads.

In 2023, Dmitry Korb3n found the player Alan Satanic Gallyamov in a public group and offered him a spot in the Team Spirit academy. Later, he loaned him to the Parivision team, allowing the player to develop and continue his esports career.

Dmitry has always been known for his ability to find young talents and give them a path in esports, which is beneficial both in terms of player development and from a business perspective for the organization. His strategic approach to player development helps Team Spirit maintain high competitiveness and move forward in the long term.

Korb3n does not forget to maintain his media presence and actively participates in BetBoom Streamers Battle tournaments. The latest of these was BB Streamers Battle 9 where he and his team MUSIC HALL finished in 5th place.
