ESL One Bangkok 2024: results of the fifth game day
The fifth game day of ESL One Bangkok 2024 has come to an end. Let’s take a look at the results.
Today, three matches were played. Shopify Rebellion, Team Liquid, Team Spirit, and Nigma Galaxy faced off in the first round of the lower bracket playoffs. As a result, Shopify Rebellion and Nigma Galaxy were eliminated from the tournament, while Team Liquid and Team Spirit advanced to the quarterfinals.
Team Liquid moved on to the next round, where they faced Team Falcons in a decisive match. The teams played three maps, after which Team Falcons were eliminated from the tournament. Team Liquid advanced to the lower bracket semifinals, where they will face the winner of the AVULUS vs Team Spirit series.
ESL One Bangkok 2024 takes place from December 9 to 15. There are 12 teams participating in the tournament. The prize pool of the event is $1,000,000.
