Team Spirit offlaner Magomed Collapse Khalilov spoke about the positive impact of working with psychologist Alexander Nokeepeesh Kuznetsov on the team’s atmosphere. According to him, the sessions helped resolve accumulated misunderstandings among the members. Here is his comment on working with the psychologist:

We were able to speak openly with each other, discussed everything, and remembered what we strive for both in and out of the game. First and foremost, we want to achieve good communication. If the team stays silent during a loss, chances are almost none. But even if things are going badly and you keep saying useful things, there’s still a chance to hold on. In the matches where we made comebacks, there was always strong communication.
