Rexxar
Rexxar is the old name of the hero Beastmaster in Dota Allstars, still used by old-school players. The name comes from the character Rexxar in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne — he was the prototype for the hero in classic Dota.
Back then, heroes in Dota used models and unit names from Warcraft, so Beastmaster was directly called Rexxar. With the transition to Source and the release of Dota 2, the name changed, but the old nickname stuck in the Russian-speaking community and is still used nostalgically to refer to the hero.
Beastmaster is usually called “Rexxar” in informal communication — on streams, in pubs, or among friends, especially among players familiar with classic Dota Allstars.
