Last hit
Last hit is the final blow dealt to an enemy creep or hero that grants gold. It's a fundamental skill for most core heroes, especially in the early game. Being able to consistently secure last hits allows players to farm faster and gain an economic advantage. Only the player who delivers the killing blow gets the gold, so precision and timing are crucial.
