Diffusal

Diffusal is a slang term for the Diffusal Blade item in Dota 2. This artifact grants heroes bonus attack speed, mana, and a unique active ability that slows enemies, along with a passive effect that burns the enemy’s mana on attack.

Because of its mana burn, Diffusal is effective against heroes reliant on their abilities and also provides crowd control. The item is often purchased by carries or midlaners to boost physical damage and control in fights.
